Workouts for January 24th - 27th

MONDAY- Went to the gym -30 minutes stair climber
-Weights
TUESDAY- Gym- Elliptical for 30 minutes
-Weight machines
WEDNESDAY-Ran/walked miles 2.10 miles
-Stair climber at the gym for 20 minutes
- Chest press 20 lb weight
- Triceps
-Abs
THURSDAY- no gym, beach day!
FRIDAY-Gym 1 hour
SATURDAY-Run at the Rose Bowl-3 miles
