Where has this month gone! I have not posted anything about my pregnancy fitness goals, food intake etc. all month. I have not been as strict as I should in avoiding sweets, but I have been active. Here is this weeks schedule so far:
Monday- Gym- Eliptical, stair climber 300 cal.
-Upper body weights-
-Chest press
-Triceps
-Shoulders
I felt it the next day, so it was a good workout!
Tuesday- Walking 2 miles, lunges, squats
Wednesday- Lunges, squats,single leg squats
Thursday- Run/walked 1.94 miles
- Squats with twist (with 8 lb dumbbells)
- Double bell row
Friday-1.14 miles walk
- At home exercises (see other days)
Saturday- Walked 1.71 miles
-Stretching
-Arm/chest work with weights
