Tuesday, March 2nd

Today my workout consisted of 250 calories on the elliptical machine, and strength training.
-Chest flies-3 sets of 12 with 10 lb hand weights
-Tricep extensions-3 sets of 12 each
-Dead lifts-3 sets of 12 with 15 lb bar

Starting in the 2nd trimester, pregnant women should avoid exercises that require them to be flat on their back, just because it inhibits the blood flow and could cause dizziness. Lying on a slightly raised bench for weight lifting is what I have always done and have never experienced any problems.
