March 1st

Monday- My nausea has subsided somewhat, and so I will start posting my daily food and work-out.
As you can see, carbs sound and taste the best, but I will be eating vegetables and fruit more as the days go on.
I keep my calories at 1400-1500 but that is not the only thing to take into consideration. Getting a well balanced diet is the key, which includes protein (cottage cheese, beans) and fat from the right sources (avocados, peanut butter or raw nuts) and fat free dairy along with vegetables and fruit.

Work out:
Elliptical machine for 350 calories, alternating with sets of 12 chest/arm stationary weights set at 20, and then 30 lbs.
2 sets of 6 single leg squats
2 sets of 10 squats
3 sets of 15 lunges

Breakfast- 2 pancakes with syrup and margarine 300 cal
Snack- Whole wheat roll with jam- 200 cal
Lunch- TACO- Whole wheat flour tortilla, hamburger and sour cream 300 Calories
Snack- Apple with 1 tab peanut butter-190 cal
Dinner- Shepherds pie 300 cal, Salad with vinegar and olive oil 150
