8 weeks along

I have found that morning sickness/all day nausea has played a role in this pregnancy, perhaps more than my last one! This week I have still been able to work out, but my diet has not been very balanced as I have had to eat what sounds good at the moment. I have kept track of caloric intake, however, keeping it at 1400-1500.

Monday- 2.5 mile run to the park
Tuesday- Walk around the botanical garden- push ups, dumb bells at home
Wednesday- burned 350 calories at the gym elliptical/stair climber
Thursday- 360 calories on the elliptical, at home stretches, dumb bells
