Exercise Log April 24-29

Monday- Ran/walked 2.88 Miles
Tuesday- Workout at the gym- 200 calories on the elliptical, 200 on stair climber
-Chest/arm weight machines
Wednesday-Walked 1 mile, did at home exercises
Thursday-
Friday-At home work out- 2 sets of work out tutorial (see sidebar under "Exercises")
Saturday- Ran 1.5 miles
