Wednesday-Work out at the gym: 140 cal on the elliptical, 250 on stair climber
Three chest/arm weight machines, 3 reps 12 each
Thursday-
Friday- Run/Walk 2.64 Miles
Saturday- Walked 3 miles in the morning, 1.15 in the evening
