Fitness for May17-22

Monday-None (still recovering from Saturday!)
Tuesday- Workout at the gym: Stair climber, treadmill, weight machines
Wednesday-Walked 1.6 miles, did Gunnar Peterson workout (from home page of blog under "exercises")
Thursday- Worked out at the gym
Friday-Walked
Saturday- Walked/ran 2.66 miles
