MONDAY- Power walked the Rosebowl track!
TUESDAY- Walked 1.26 miles
-Lifted weights
WEDNESDAY- Walked 1.75 miles
-Squats with 10 lbs dumbbells in each hand- 2 sets of 12
-Lunges 2 sets of 12
-Triceps with 10 lb dumbbells- 2 sets 12 each
THURSDAY- Walked 3 miles to the park and back
- Squats
- Lunges
FRIDAY- Workout at the gym- 350 calories (30 minutes) elliptical machine
- Stretching
-Chest/arms weight machine-3 sets of 10
- Other weights for 20 more minutes
SATURDAY- Walked to the park 3 miles
