23 1/2 weeks pregnant!

Where has the time gone!This second pregnancy has gone much faster than my first, and I have been feeling very healthy.
I had a check-up on Tuesday and had gained 2 lbs. This was A LOT better than the 5 I gained last month! I have been very careful this month with what I eat, and will continue to exercise and eat right.
This is an example of what I am eating these days-
Example:1400 Calories a day
7:00am Breakfast-Oatmeal with apple sauce, brown sugar,cinnamon, flax seed and almond milk
10:00am Snack- 1/2 cup cottage cheese with pineapple
12:30 Lunch- Vegetable Salad with vinaigrette and garbanzo beans and 1 chocolate chip cookie
3:00 pm Snack-Apple with peanut butter
5:00pm Snack-Bowl of cereal with skim milk
8:00pm Dinner- Whole Wheat Pita with Pizza sauce, green pepper, tomatoes, mushroom, spinach and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese baked in the oven.
