We will be taking a trip later this week, and so depending on how much walking we do, I won't get much exercise.
I have determined to eat better this week than last week though, which means cutting out sweets (as much as I can)!
BREAKFAST- Grapenuts with 1/2 banana and soy milk 350 cal
SNACK- Fat free plain Greek yogurt with strawberry jam- 50 cal
LUNCH- Salad with veggies, garbanzo beans,ranch dressing and swiss cheese-200 cal
Monday- Walked 2.20 miles
Tuesday- Walked 3 miles, to the park and back
