
With it being sooo hot this week and with my little girl sick, my exercise routine definitely suffered! I was able to squeeze in a little here and there when she was up to it, and when it was cooler outside:
MONDAY- Walk to the park 3 miles
TUESDAY- Not mush exercise: leisurely swimming for 30 minutes
WEDNESDAY-Weight lifting at home
THURSDAY-Walk to the grocery store and back.
FRIDAY- Leisurely swimming for 1 hour
SATURDAY-Walk to the park, 3 miles round trip
