I am on the downhill end of my pregnancy now with only 7 more weeks and the baby will be here! I have been out of town and didn't exercise too much but these last few weeks I'm going to hit it hard because after the baby is born it will be about 4+ weeks until I can get back into it.
Monday- Out of town
Tuesday- Workout at the gym for 50 minutes- Elliptical, weights, stretching
Wednesday- Workout at the gym- elliptical 250 calories burned
- Chest press machine
- Triceps, and leg weights
