Monday- Workout at the gym- 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes stretching and weights
At home: 10 lb weights 3 sets of 10 each
-Shoulders
-Triceps
-lunges
Tuesday- Walked 1.07 miles , weights at home
Wednesday- Cardio at the gym: 30 minutes on elliptical, 10 min. stair climber
- Chest and leg weight machines
Thursday- Walked 1.41 miles
Friday- Walked 1.51 miles
