Monday- Gym for 40 minutes
Tuesday-
Wednesday-
Thursday- Gym for 40 minutes- 250 cal burned plus upper body weights
Friday- Cardio for 20 minutes- Weight machines for 10 minutes
Saturday- 3 mile walk to the park and back
- 3 sets of 10 dead-lifts with 10 lb weights
- 3 sets of 10 shoulder press with 10 lb weights
- 3 sets of 10 tricep exercise with 10 lb weights
Walked 1.81 miles, window shopping
